Whether you are coming from public, private, or homeschooling and still desire something more for your family, we provide a solution with what we like to call - Education For Life!
We focus on real Life Skills, Project Based Learning, Socratic communication for Critical Thinking, and
a true partnership with parents.
Apogee believes in strong parents leading their families.
We are creating the growth environment on campus for your young people and providing parents access to Apogee Man and Apogee Woman, a 12-month intensive personal development program & community, that is our complimentary offering to you with your child's membership at Apogee HoCo.
We are building an All-Star community of founding families.
Whether your young learner is at home, on campus, or around the other families in our Apogee community, they will be observing high character adults to emulate in their own life.
Our campus learning environment is designed to create good humans of strong character who are self-aware, confident and highly capable of doing life well!
OUR WHY
IT STARTS WITH WHY
Our three boys are the driving force behind our WHY. They have an insatiable curiosity, vivid imaginations, along with an abundance of energy to learn through observation, exploration and play.
Education must not only prepare our children for the next test, but must inspire a lifelong pursuit of learning and personal development.
We want our children to grow in an environment that nurtures their natural love of learning. A place where they can enjoy the freedom of childhood—moving, exploring, and discovering—rather than being confined to a desk.
We want them to learn how to be kind and respectful, while also developing the strength, confidence, and drive
to pursue their goals. We want them to know how to advocate for themselves, navigate conflict, and
repair friendships with integrity.
We want them to become critical thinkers—learning how to think, not simply what to think. We want them to pursue the lifelong journey of becoming the best version of themselves and to find joy in that process. And we
want them to thrive in an environment that challenges them both mentally and physically.
After years of searching for the best educational path for our own children, we discovered a model that aligned with these values. That journey led us to become an affiliate of Apogee Strong, allowing us to bring this opportunity to families here in Maryland.
Together, we are building a community of parents who want their children’s education to truly prepare them for life in an ever-changing world. Through project-based learning, personalized goals, accountability, and Socratic guidance, young leaders take ownership of their growth—learning that responsibility creates freedom.
